(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Chengalpattu town police station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14158 of 2020 in order dated 11.09.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
