ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to suspend the order of sentence passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Ponneri made in CA.no.94 of 2021 dated 27.01.2025 confirming the judgment dated 30.11.2021 made in CC.No.29 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri. 2.
The petitioner, who is the accused in CC.No.29 of 2018, was convicted and sentenced by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, vide judgment dated 30.11.2021, as follows:
Rank of the accused Conviction under Section Sentence awarded Sole accused Section 279 of IPC to pay fine of Rs.500/-, in default to undergo simple imprisonment for one month Section 304(A) of IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred appeal, which was dismissed, against which the aforesaid criminal revision case has been filed along with the present miscellaneous petition. 2/4

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent. 4.
This Court finds no reasons to suspend the sentence since the Trial Court has gone through the evidence in its entirety and also finds that the petitioner had committed very serious offence. 5.
In the result, this petition is dismissed.
