ORDER

Since no adverse Order has been passed against the respondents 3 to 6, notice to them is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner appeal dated 5.06.2023 and disposed the appeal within a stipulated time period.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the Order bassed by the second respondent on 18.11.2022, the names respondents 3 to 6 have been included in the chitta and Adangal in respect of the property of the petitioner. As against the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 05.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
