O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11038 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 to report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11038 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 5:30 p.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
