A.Nos.2605 & 2606 of 2022 in C.S No.220 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These applications are filed (i) to permit the defendants/applicants to file one document, being the original of the Power of Attorney dated 30.04.2018 executed by the second defendant in favour of the first defendant and (ii) to reopen the evidence of DW1 to mark the Power of Attorney executed by the second defendant in favour of the first defendant as an exhibit.

2.The learned counsel for the applicants has fairly submitted that the above applications have been filed only to reopen the evidence of DW1 and to file additional documents.
