ORDER

This criminal appeal is filed against the order dated 22.08.2014 thereby dismissing Criminal M.P.No.4654 of 2013 & Crl.M.P.No. 6191 of 2013 in Crl.M.P.No. 4654 of 2013 in C.C.No. 12 of 2006, wherein the prayer of the appellant to attach certain properties of the accused was declined by the Trial Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 02.09.2024, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the main case itself has now ended in conviction. Therefore, dehors the dismissal of this application which was made pending trial, it will be open for the appellant authorities to move the concerned Court for attachment of the properties based on conviction.

3. Leaving that liberty open, Criminal Appeal No.514 of 2014 shall stand disposed of. No costs.
