Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2019 and further direct the Third Respondent to issue the passport to the Petitioner based on the Online Passport Application dated 01.05.2018. Heard Mr.S.Silambuselvan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.M.Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the First, Second, Sixth to Eighth Respondents, Mr.B.Rabu Manohar, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Third to Fifth Respondents and Mrs.P.Shanthi, Learned Counsel for the Ninth and Tenth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation dated 03.06.2019 made by the Petitioner and further direct the Third Respondent to issue passport to the Petitioner based on the Online Passport Application dated 01.05.2018 bearing Application Reference No. 18-1004409109 and Passport Application No. MA51C5028681718. 3.

Learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Third to Fifth Respondents submits that Passport No.U1698739 dated 08.11.2019 valid till 07.11.2029 has been issued to the Petitioner and has produced a copy of the letter dated 08.11.2019 of the Third Respondent addressed to him

in that regard. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
