(a) directing the defendants to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.30,29,800/- together with further interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum on the principal sum of Rs.16,69,450/- from date of plaint till date of realisation.

(b) directing the defendants to pay to the plaintiff the costs of this suit.

JUDGMENT

By order dated 08.07.2011, the learned Master of this Court has dismissed the suit for default, which reads as follows: "There is sole defendant for whom steps not taken for service privately.

The order of the learned Master is re-confirmed and the above suit is dismissed.
