This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein viz. the Inspector of Police, E3, Minjur Police station, Tiruvellur District to alter the FIR in Crime No.432 of 2013 on his file to include the offence under sections 147, 148, 294(b) 506 (ii) IPC and section 4 of the TNPPD Act along with the other offences under sections 448 and 427 IPC as mentioned in the FIR.
