When the matter was called on 14.12.2018, learned counsel on both sides remind absent. On an earlier occasion, when the matter was listed, proceedings of the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri dated 11.12.2015 was produced before this Court and it would disclose that the request made by the petitioner, cannot be complied and the said proceedings was taken on file and recorded.

2. In the light of the contents of the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is so advised, he is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the competent forum.
