This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with Cr. No.279 of 2011, pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr. No. 279 of 2011 was completed and charge sheet was filed way back on 02.01.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore, but, the same has not yet been taken on file.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as having become infructuous with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore, to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Cr.
