This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1556 days in representing the above CMA.SR.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1556 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) to "the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras", within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
