Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to alter the offences in Cr.No.369 of 2014, to include Sections 323 and 307 of IPC pending on the file of Respondent Police. Considering the prayer sought for, in this Petition, the same is not maintainable. Hence, this Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, after filing charge sheet.
