2.When these matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsels on either side submitted that the matter is settled between the parties before the trial Court. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives further in these petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
