This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition. Further, he requests to print his name while listing the appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 83 days in filing the appeal is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeal on 28.03.2024.
