Heard Mr. T.Kokilavane, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. Abishek Murthi, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Respondents submit that in furtherance to the discussions that have been taken place as per the orders passed by this Court on 17.10.2023, 18.12.2023, 10.01.2024 and 13.02.2024, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties, and by Proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 44168/A3/2024 dated 29.02.2024 necessary directions have been issued by the First Respondent and its copy has been placed on record.

In view of the same, it shall be incumbent upon the concerned persons to carry out their respective obligations in accordance with the aforesaid understanding arrived between parties as reflected in the said order of the First Respondent.
