This petition has been filed directing the first and second respondents to comply the order in Crl.O.P.No.27718 of 2019 on the file this Hon'ble Court order dated 08.11.2019 pursuant to petitioner's representation dated on 29.05.2022 to deposit an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousands only) by each of the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 in Crime No.182 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. If at all the third and fourth respondents herein failed to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27718 of 2019, dated 08.11.2019, the petitioner can very well approach this Court by way of cancellation of Anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
