Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the representation dated 30.04.2013 by strictly complying the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.27 dated 24.1.2007 of Finance (BPE) Department within the stipulated period prescribed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 30.04.2013 by strictly complying the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.27 dated 24.1.2007 of Finance (BPE) Department within a stipulated time.
2. The petitioner has given a representation dated 30.4.2013, requesting the first respondent to issue necessary orders to revise his date of permanent absorption in TANSI as 15.04.2008, i.e., the date of relieving from TEL, Vellore and continuously working in TANSI. Further, according to the petitioner, the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 30.4.2013 was not considered by the first respondent till this date.
3. Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents and submits that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 30.04.2013 of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
