Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to receive the nominal amount of Rs.840/- for the non usage period to the petitioner's HT Electricity Service Connection No.096-015-261 and install a flawless meter and provide electricity connection to his hollow block manufacturing unit situated at Survey No.36/1C2 of Medhi Palayam Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
