ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner's husband was recently granted Ordinary Leave for 21 days, commencing from 22.03.2024 to 11.04.2024 through an order of this Court dated 19.03.2024 passed in WP.No.5200 of 2024.

2. Pursuant to the order of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 15.05.2024 passed in WP.No.13072 of 2024, the authorities have granted 6 days Emergency Leave with Police Escort on 17.05.2024.

3. In spite of grant of leave, the petitioner's husband had availed only 1 day of Emergency Leave. When this Court had indicated to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the rest of 5 days left to the petitioner's husband could be extended to him with escort, the learned counsel did not agree.
