The present petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued by Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Tiruchenkodu in S.T.C. No.174 of 2013. 2.When the matter is taken up today i.e., 11.06.2018, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) contended that no such non bailable warrant is pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Tiruchenkodu in S.T.C. No.174 of 2013 as on date and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
