Though the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner states that as against 1257 bags only 468 bags were available when the auction sale was conducted, the same is not substantiated by any proof. The Advocate Commissioner's report and the additional report does not make any mention about the number of bags that has been removed by the contemnor. In these circumstances, there is no merits in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
