This Petition has been filed under Part X Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 and Order XXV Rule 6 of the O.S. Rules seeking Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to Mr.P.N.Easwaramony.

2. The first petitioner is the widow wife, second and third petitioners are the daughters and the fourth petitioner is the son of late P.N.Easwaramony. They have filed the present petition seeking the succession certificate in respect of shares held as stated by them in the schedule of the property.

3. After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. The 4th petitioner, Mr.Easwaramony Narayanan examined himself as PW1 and also marked Exs.P1 to P13. Ex.P1 is the authorisation letter dated 15.07.2024 issued by the first petitioner in favour of Easwaramony Narayanan, the son to depose on behalf of her. Ex.P2 is the death certificate of late P.N.Easwaramony who died on 29.06.2012. Ex.P3 is the legalheirship certificate. Various share certificates are marked as Exs.P4 to

P12. The paper publication effected in one issue of Tamil Daily "Makkal Kural" dated 24.12.2021 is marked as Ex.P13. The learned Master has not received any objection from any of the general public.

4. In view of the evidence adduced, I find that there is no impediment in granting the succession certificate. Accordingly, this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate may be issued in favour of the petitioners in accordance with the rules.
