ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC r/w Section 25(1A) of Arms Act 1959 in Crime No.22 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that as per the defacto complainant , there was a dispute between the accused persons and the defacto complainant with regard to compensation for damaging A1's car. Since the defacto complainant delayed the payment, on 29.02.2020, the accused persons came to the house of the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and also attempted to attack him with deadly weapons. Since, the victim moved away, he escaped from the attack. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits this court already granted anticipatory bail application to the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5486 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020, in which, this court imposed condition on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6 is not complied with. Hence the present petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that eventhough this court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5486 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020, the condition imposed on the petitioner has not been complied with. The petitioner instead of filing a proper petition, he has come out with the present petition.
5. Considering the fact that there are 17 previous cases pending against the petitioner and also this court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the present second anticipatory bail petition does not arise.
