This petition has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 20.09.2021 passed by this court in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has strongly opposed to allow this application.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice, by giving an opportunity to the plaintiffs to contest their case on merits. this Court is inclined to allow the application for setting aside the exparte order dated 20.09.2021, on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the respondents/plaintiffs.

5. The learned counsel for the applicants has paid a cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) directly to the learned counsel for the A.A.NAKKIRAN.,J.

6. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

7. The Registry is directed to number the Application in SR.No.68997 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case before this court on 09.09.2022.
