This petition is filed praying for a direction to the Special Judicial Magistrate Court at Mettupalayam to complete the trial in STC No.1490 of 2014 within specified time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that two witnesses were already examined and having regard to the nature of the offence, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mettupalayam to complete the trial in STC No.1490 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
