2. Heard. Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has no objection to allow this petition. Though notice on the other respondents has been served and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appears for them.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 175 days in filing the above appeal, is condoned.
