Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2026 and take necessary action to protect the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property and consequently direct the second respondent Inspector of Police, Perur Police Station Coimbatore not to interfere or cause interference, directly or indirectly with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property situated at S.F.No.613/2, Kuniyamuthur Village, Coimbatore

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2026 and to take necessary action to protect the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property and consequently to direct the second respondent - Inspector of Police, Perur Police Station Coimbatore not to interfere or cause interference, directly or indirectly with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property situated at S.F.No.613/2, Kuniyamuthur Village, Coimbatore 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 01.04.2026 of the petitioner seeking police protection, after issuance of summon to the petitioner & the third respondent and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass orders on the said complaint on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
