The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the impugned order dated 28.02.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.416 of 2018 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Pollachi.

On perusal of the records, it reveals that, the 1st defendant has filed application in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.416 of 2018, to reject the plaint under Order VII Rule II of CPC and the same was allowed by the learned trial Judge, would amount to decree, against which, appeal would lie and not revison.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
