This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner forthwith petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2024.

The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents states that pursuant to the complaint received on 05.02.2024 in C26/SPGDP/DSP/DCB/2024, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after enquiry, the complaint has been closed on 10.06.2024. Further, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner not been harassed as alleging in this petition.

3. Recording the fact that there is no complaint pending against this petitioner and which was already enquired and closed.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
