India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing the respondents to disburse forthwith to the petitioner the legitimate entitlement of family pension and its arrears with effect from 15.10.2007 the date on which the petitioner husband died based on the rationale outlined in the judgement of the Honourable Division Bench passed in W.As Nos.685 of 2011, 967 of 2011 and 1726 of 2012 dated 30.4.2015 and also other terminal benefits legitimately due to her with 12% rate of interest for the belated payment from the date on which they were due and payable to the date of payment. The learned counsel for the petitioner had taken time to get instructions from her client. However, her client has not been responding to her communications.

2. Mr.R.Babu, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent on 29.04.2024 had made the following submissions:- "Mr.R.Babu, learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the Terminal Benefits - 2/5

Gratuity (Rs.13.607/-) and Provident Fund (Rs.27,286/-) were disbursed by way of cheques on 05.03.2002 and 04.10.2002. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner is also getting Family Pension of Rs.3,050/- per month. Besides that, the petitioner son has also been appointed as Conductor on daily wages under compassionate ground on 26.06.2023."
