The application is filed to bring on the legal representative of the deceased third defendant.

2. The proposed 8th respondent has already been served and Mr.K.Sukumaran, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath for the 8th respondent. The 7th respondent is already a party defendant.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application.

4. Having satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel is directed to carry out amendment and file amended copy within two weeks.
