On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the petition, the petitioner/2nd accused is granted one weeks time to surrender before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, for the purpose of execution of warrant. All other observations made in the order dated 05.12.2017 in Crl. MP.No. 19073 of 2017 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai shall remain intact. With the above observations and directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
