2. Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of 'proceedings dated 27.05.2024 bearing reference No.Ka.Va.A.5/5122/2021' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.R.Rajarajan, learned counsel on record for petitioner is before this Court.

It is submitted that the impugned proceedings of 7th respondent has been addressed to respondents 8 and 9, therefore petitioner could not produce the original impugned proceedings and hence, learned counsel for writ petitioner is seeking to dispense with production of original impugned proceedings.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the matter at hand, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for by accepting the aforementioned reason.
