ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the nature of the order that is going to be passed in the present writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent stands dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the third party name of Kasiappan, son of Rangasamy Gounder from the Patta No.16 relating to the land in Survey No.108/6 to an extent of 0.77.00 Hectares of Kanakkampalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District, based on the representations dated 26.02.2025 and 11.03.2025.

3. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the concerned respondent would consider the petitioner's representations, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing Page No.2 of 5

to the petitioner, fourth respondent or any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which is accepted to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In light of the above undertaking by the learned Special Government Pleader, the present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
