Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to dispose of the Securitization Application No.151 of 2022.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.D.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the securitization application, challenging the auction sale, is pending since the year 2022. The same has not been decided. The Tribunal may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

3. We are not aware of the number of matters pending with the Tribunal.

4. The petitioner shall make an application before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the application/appeal, which would be considered by the Tribunal on its own merits. The Tribunal may consider the nature of the matter before it.
