The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 27.08.2014 given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 01.02.2015 on the ground that the petitioner himself had stated that he will workout his remedies in O.S.No.73 of 2012 and if necessary, he would also approach the Land Grabbing Cell and the same is reflected in the closure report dated 01.02.2015 of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kumaralingam Police Station.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law and as undertaken by him.
