This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6935 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5210 of dated 25.04.2024.

2.The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that charge sheet is filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
