This application had been filed by the respondent in the Original Petition to permit her to act as Power Agent on behalf of her son.

2. Considering the fact that the original petition is filed for issuance of the letters of administration of the Will and last Testament of deceaed Mr.Venkata Dilip Kumar and the relationship of the petitioner and the respondent with the deceased, this application is ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence during the Second Week of July 2023.
