PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for wilfully disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.10939 of 2018 dated 21.02.2019. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent contemnor submitted that in pursuant to the action taken, a challenge was made by way of filing a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.34521 of 2019, etc. (batch) and an interim order has been obtained.

3. In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed and the petitioner is given liberty to implead himself in the said writ petition, if so advised.
