Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating the impugned Proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in O.Mu.No.1233/Aa2/2019 dated 05.05.2021 and to Quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of B.T.Assistant (Maths) in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 01.06.2018 including the arrears of salary, within a time fixed by this Court.
