By order dated 27.04.2022, this Court had appointed an Advocate Commissioner to examine one of the attesting witnesses. 2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Advocate Commissioner had file report along with the deposition of the one Victor Devadas who was examined as PW2, being one of the attesting witnesses of the Will executed by the testator. He had also returned the warrant. The report of the learned Advocate Commissioner along with deposition of PW2 is accepted and the warrant issued to the learned Advocate Commissioner is discharged.

3.Considering the work and also the efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the learned Advocate Commissioner is entitled for a further sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only). 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
