Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.08.2014 which was received by him on 25.08.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.08.2014 which was received by him on 25.08.2014 and either close the case or register F.I.R., in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
