This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 02.02.2015.

2. Heard Mr.G.Appavu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against his sister in respect of the family property. The police conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.82/14 and it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner and the counter petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to ensure that there is no law and order problem in that place and the parties are directed to workout their remedies in the manner known to law before the Civil Court.
