This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants to the present suit under Section 92 of C.P.C. 2.The suit itself is filed for framing a scheme for the proper administration of the trust merger of the trust of the defendants 1 to 3 into a single trust by appointing two more persons who are office bearers of the plaintiff association to be trustees of the Trust after merger along with the existing trustees.

3.The applicant / plaintiff appears to be the member of the Society which consists of large members, I am of the view that it is a fit case where the leave is to be granted. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4.The applicant is also directed to effect paper publication in any one of the widely circulated vernacular news paper.

5.Post the matter on 31.07.2018.
