O R D E R
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.
2. While granting bail to the petitioner, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur has imposed the followings conditions: i) Both the accused have to execute the bail bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- each;
ii) One Surety for each accused should produce their original property document valuing Rs.5 Lakhs into court and also should produce bail bond for a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs. iii) Encumbrance Certificate in respect of the property given as surety, should be produced.
iv) If the face value of the property given for surety is less than Rs.5 Lakhs, then the petitioners have to produce a certificate that the property given for surety would fetch Rs.5 Lakhs.

v) The property given for surety is in the name of the petitioners or in the name of the relatives of the petitioners. If the property is in the name of the petitioners, then they have to produce a bail bond for Rs.5,50,000/- by each of the accused/petitioners. vi) In order to avoid the tamper of evidence of witnesses, both the accused should appear and signed before the respondent police on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday every week at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondent. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, condition Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur stand deleted. Except these modifications all other conditions imposed by the learned Magistrate remains unaltered.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
