The present Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.13, Kasthuri Bai, the Proposed Respondents herein as Respondents 15 to 17 in O.P.No.609 of 2022.

2. Mr.G.K.Adarsh Narayan, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3330 of 2025 in O.P.No.609 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.
