Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed, hence the prayer sought for in this Petition has become infructuous. Therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
