This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the 5th to 11th respondents as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant as defendants 6 to 12 in the suit.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Notice served on the proposed respondents. Affidavit of Service filed.

Service on the proposed parties held to be sufficient. The 1st defendant died on 23.04.2023. The factum of the death of the 1st defendant and the proposed parties are not in dispute. Hence,this application is allowed.

4.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs may carry out necessary amendment in the cause title indicating that the 1st defendant had died and that the 6th to 12th defendants are his legal representatives.
