This Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent herein for having wilfully disobeyed the order of this Court dated 9th August 2021 in Crl.OP.No.11214 of 2021.

2.This Court by order dated 09.08.2021 in Crl.OP.No.11214 of 2021, directed the Respondent to file a final report in Crime No.146 of 2021 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that Cr.No.146 of 2021 has been closed as mistake of fact on 16.11.2022 and RCS Notice in 8 of 2022 has been served to the Petitioner on 17.11.2022. 4.Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Contempt Petition is closed. The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. 18.11.2022 Index : Yes/No 2/4
